White Bison Pepper Jelly is a product that is as unique as the legend.  We utilize a cottage industry business model producing handmade pepper jelly on the stove, one batch at a time.  The recipe surfaced in Mom's recipe box 30 years ago and quickly became a holiday keepsake for family and friends.

 

Living and making our lives in the West, we are fortunate to enjoy the significance of regional folklore.  A single white buffalo surrounded by the tide of earth and hide is a legacy of the West illustrating the tenderness and uniqueness of life's balance.
